<p>1. Drink plenty of water:</p>
<p>It may sound unbelievable but you can lose at least 7-10 extra pounds just by drinking enough water. The reason for this is that when you don&#8217;t drink enough water, your body stores any water it does get. It does this so as to meet any future water scarcity. Your body won&#8217;t hoard water like this if it feels that there is an abundance of water. To assure your body of this abundance, experts advise that you should drink at least eight glasses of water daily!</p>
<p>Another big advantage to drinking plenty of water is that it also boosts your metabolic rate. When your metabolic rate is raised you will burn fat and lose weight. Water detoxifies your body by flushing out all the toxins. As a result you will feel better and have healthier, clearer skin as an added bonus.</p>
<p>2. Avoid hunger:</p>
<p>How do I do that &#8211; I&#8217;m on a diet? If you find that you are always hungry you are either not eating enough or eating the wrong foods. You need to get rid of hunger in order to lose weight. You need to eat foods that will keep you full for a long period of time. Foods that can keep you feeling full are foods that are rich in fiber. These are foods such as apples, lentils, whole grain bread and pasta, legumes etc. Foods such as these will not only suppress your hunger but will also keep your digestive system healthy!</p>
<p>3. Hula Hooping:</p>
<p>If you want to lose weight without exercises, hula hooping is a fun way to do it. All you need is a weighted hula hoop. Just twirl it around your waist for at least one minute at a time. You need to do this exercise for ten minutes everyday, but if you cannot do it all at once, don&#8217;t worry. Just do it whenever you find a little time. If you do it only ten times per day, each time spending just one minute on it, you will be able to lose weight. Plus it is fun to do!</p>
<p>If you start incorporating the above three steps into your daily lifestyle, you will soon be on your way to permanent weight loss!</p>

When your lifestyle is sedentary, consisting of sitting behind your desk at the office and slouching on the couch in front of the TV at home, any form of exercise will cause an improvement in your health and fitness!</p>
<p>No matter how you twist and turn, weight loss is mainly about burning more calories than you take in. And if walking helps to increase your metabolism, then you will very likely lose some weight! However, there are various ways to walk that will help you lose weight faster.</p>
<p>Why start your weight loss program by walking? Our bodies respond well to activity but need to adjust to working with unused muscles so avoiding pain or strain; and then to increase that same activity to lose weight! But it&#8217;s also a terrific way to get around the neighborhood, meet neighbors, and see things you probably miss while driving around everywhere you go.</p>

Walking at a constant speed enhances your energy by maintaining a certain level of aerobic activity in your body. Walking to lose weight is the simplest but most effective cardiovascular exercise there is. Walking for a whole mile at a steady medium pace burns up as much calories as jogging for 15 minutes &#8211; minus the strain on the knees and ankles too.</p>
<p>Increase the intensity and accelerate your weight loss by doing this. Start out by running for 30 seconds every 10 minutes of the walk. Gradually increase this to a one minute run every five minutes, which would work like this. Make sure when you jog you get your heart rate up and you are exerting your self.</p>

<p>There has actually been proof to the supposition that long-period, intense workouts will not do much in shedding the pounds.  When done at a lower intensity level, these types of exercises may produce some positive results,  but your body could get the wrong notion and end up stockpiling more fat, expecting you to burn fat at a slower pace because of the low intensity level.</p>
<p>The good news is there is a solution to this dilemma.  It has been found that exercise done for a brief period but with increased intensity could bring about a much more favorable result.  Your metabolic rate will increase with just a limited amount of exercise, burning calories for an entire day.</p>
<p>So, what is the explanation for this discovery?  The actual truth is that high intensity routines expand the muscles.  As the muscles expand, the calories inside the body end up getting burned. <p>The way of modern life, fast foods and unhealthy habits eventually show as fat in our bodies. Exercise and healthy diet can keep us fit, but time comes when we have to focus on losing that extra fat we have generated. Fat loss is simply a matter of burning unhealthy body fat, and the formula looks simple: <em>body fat with diet and exercise leads to weight loss by dieting through nutrition blood sugar hormonal response</em>. </p>
<p><span id="more-335"></span></p>
<p>Much can be done by simply looking at this matter differently, and understanding that our own attitude and perhaps laziness is working against us. I believe that when we have a problem, any problem, it is good to listen to advice form those who have successfully walked the same path before. So listen up;</p>
<p>Fat loss is not just about a better body and better health, it is actually best brought about with a sensible diet combined with a rigorous exercise program and intelligent supplementation. But this is not easy in the modern busy and demanding times, and fat loss is different with low carb or other methods of weight loss but I still think fat loss is the safest and healthiest among all of these methods.  The key to effective belly fat loss is working with your biology.  While rapid fat loss is certainly a realistic goal to achieve, many people seek unrealistic techniques of doing it. </p>
<p>For many women, fat loss is a major concern.  While for many women, fat loss is a question of appearance, there is more beneath the skin of this problem (no pun intended).  It has been found, that in the end for women, fat loss is a challenge for their patience.  Here is an example from Beth with her own words, who is following a fitness program and weight loss diet;</p>
<p><em>For the past 21 days I have been consistent in my routines at the gym, (including my body pump classes, yoga, aqua-fit, and spinning) and have added two 10 minute mini sets to my work day.  I thought this is too much for me and I don’t have the power and energy, but something has changed in me and I am able to follow that routine and my vitality is much higher than before. Now I have come to understand that that permanent fat loss is not just a physical condition, but that I will have to struggle with deep seated spiritual and emotional baggage, but once I get on right track, I feel excellent.  </em></p>
<p>That is encouraging! But she is using her willpower and a program, I also happen to know her family supports her, so it’s not automatic in any way.</p>
<p>Back to the subject:</p>
<p>Ultimately, fat loss is not dependent on meat or even protein per se: it is primarily dependent on calories in versus calories out, hormonal control, and metabolic efficiency.  Experiments show that an alkaline diet stimulates your body to burn fat fast but healthfully and that easily maintaining your fat loss is the natural result of restoring a normal acid alkaline balance in your body.  If we want results with weight or fat loss, we will have to change our routines and move about after meals. </p>
<p>The medicines:</p>
<p>How about weight loss pills and supplements? Here is a quote from one medical article:</p>

<p>You read that and you think “wow” – I just take some pills while I exercise and my problems are gone…</p>
<p>The truth however is that most of those pills are not thoroughly tested, they have side effects, and ultimately what comes around goes around. I am strongly against any pills, the effective long term fat or weight loss is achieved by a combination of healthy diet and a good exercise program.</p>

<p><em>It’s been a year since I’ve started my body sculpting program, I have fallen off the wagon so many times, gotten back up, worked on my routine &amp; diet again &amp; back off the wagon etc…I’ve been going through a divorce over the past two years &amp; needless to say now is the time when I really need to look good so feel good about myself…My mission statement for fat loss is staying motivated, sticking to my diet on those days when tuna on a bed lettuce doesn’t seem like a rewarding treat at the end of a stressful day &amp; most of all learning to love and help myself.  </em></p>
<p>So there it is – it’s a struggle and strong motivation is needed, we go up and down, but keeping to the routines, it can be done, in fact it is not difficult at all, but we have to change our routines and we need strong commitment.</p>

<p>Easy, permanent, and successful fat loss is something most of us make much too complex.  In its simplest form fat loss is realized when we are burning more calories than we ingest.  For most of us, excessively limiting our caloric intake in order to facilitate fat loss is just not a viable long-term solution, the real key to successful and permanent fat loss is learning what works for you- and to next never stop making progress in the right direction.</p>

<p>Walking 1 mile burns around 100 calories (for someone that weighs 150 pounds), and walking and talking is a great way to kill two birds with one stone.</p>
<p>Tip #2: Buy a Bike</p>
<p>Like walking, biking is also a good low impact form of exercise. As a whole we drive too much, sometimes even just 2 miles or so to run a quick errand. Use your new bike to run errands close to home, save gas, and burn calories.</p>
<p>Tip #3: Picnic and Plan Outdoor Activities</p>
<p>Summer is a great time for picnics. Plan a picnic and of course pack healthy foods, but also pack a Frisbee, football, whiffle ball and baseball bat. It may not seem like a hard core workout, but tossing around a Frisbee or football burns more calories than watching TV, and all the extra activity adds up in the long run.</p>
<p>Tip #4: Start an Outdoor Project Around the House</p>
<p>There are so many outdoor projects that are perfect for the summer. You can build a deck or plant a garden. Exercise does not have to happen in a gym or in front of a television. What do you think people did before gyms were invented&#8230; that&#8217;s right they worked on the land and on the house. Outdoor projects can be a sneaky way to get in more exercise during the summer.</p>
<p>Tip #5: Find a Summer Workout Partner</p>
<p>Having a workout partner helps to keep both people motivated. It can be hard to lose weight all by yourself, but if you have a workout partner with similar goals, you can push each other to stay committed to the exercise routine.</p>
<p>Tip #6: Take a Fitness Vacation</p>
<p>Most people gain weight when they go on vacation because they just want to go eat, drink, party and sleep on vacation. But, I&#8217;ll challenge you to take a fitness oriented vacation.</p>
<p>If you go to the beach to relax, plan a 3-5 mile walk in the morning and a 3-5 mile walk in the evening before dinner (that could be an extra 600-1000 calories burned a day). Plan a hiking vacation, or a tennis vacation, or a swimming vacation. Get in the ocean or pool for 1-2 hours in the morning and 1-2 hours in the evening before dinner. Do activities you love. But make a plan to be active on everyday of your fitness vacation.</p>
<p>Tip #7: Consult with a Personal Trainer or Fitness <br />Professional</p>
<p>If you have motivation to exercise but you&#8217;re not sure what to do consult with a personal trainer or fitness professional to get some guidance and structure. Structure really helps us to achieve goals and a health professional can help to provide structure to your workout routine so all you&#8217;ll have to do is follow the plan.</p>
