Most people who are once again trying to lose weight, do not look forward to a long drawn out regimen that bores you to tears. These routines have proven to be pretty ineffective in the past anyway, so there just has to be a better way.

There has actually been proof to the supposition that long-period, intense workouts will not do much in shedding the pounds. When done at a lower intensity level, these types of exercises may produce some positive results, but your body could get the wrong notion and end up stockpiling more fat, expecting you to burn fat at a slower pace because of the low intensity level.

The good news is there is a solution to this dilemma. It has been found that exercise done for a brief period but with increased intensity could bring about a much more favorable result. Your metabolic rate will increase with just a limited amount of exercise, burning calories for an entire day.

So, what is the explanation for this discovery? The actual truth is that high intensity routines expand the muscles. As the muscles expand, the calories inside the body end up getting burned. If you increase more muscle and reduce body fat, you’ll achieve a leaner and fitter physique.

Some may wonder if there really are effective workouts that can be done in only twelve minutes. In fact, there is a great workout plan that has been created for the busy individuals who definitely want to lose weight but are time challenged.

Undoubtedly, going to a fitness gym will not be a priority for an individual with a really tight schedule. It’s hard for most people to squeeze in a long, drawn out exercise routine, especially when the results are less than desirable. Who’s up for that?

Thus, the mission was accepted to formulate the workout plan that will not even require 30, 20, or 15 minutes from you, but only 12 minutes. Because of this 12 minutes, your body will fight the fat for most of the day. Your body will continue to chip away at those pounds after just 12 little minutes of exercise. This results in an effective and efficient weight loss regimen.

Plus, there is no requirement to drag yourself down to a boring gym or anywhere that is outside your beloved home. You can do this at home where you’re most comfortable. Simply pick a good corner in your home, some weights, easy-fitting clothes, execute the 12-minute plan and get yourself on the road to healthy weight loss.

As summer approaches, many people want to get in shape. Here are some exercise tips to help you lose weight during the summer months.

Tip #1: Walk and Talk

The summer months are great for being outdoors and walking is a great form of exercise for weight loss. Instead of sitting at Starbucks or your neighbor’s house chatting get outside and walk and talk. Visiting with friends and family is important and fun, but who says you need to be stationary to enjoy someone’s company.

Walking 1 mile burns around 100 calories (for someone that weighs 150 pounds), and walking and talking is a great way to kill two birds with one stone.

Tip #2: Buy a Bike

Like walking, biking is also a good low impact form of exercise. As a whole we drive too much, sometimes even just 2 miles or so to run a quick errand. Use your new bike to run errands close to home, save gas, and burn calories.

Tip #3: Picnic and Plan Outdoor Activities

Summer is a great time for picnics. Plan a picnic and of course pack healthy foods, but also pack a Frisbee, football, whiffle ball and baseball bat. It may not seem like a hard core workout, but tossing around a Frisbee or football burns more calories than watching TV, and all the extra activity adds up in the long run.

Tip #4: Start an Outdoor Project Around the House

There are so many outdoor projects that are perfect for the summer. You can build a deck or plant a garden. Exercise does not have to happen in a gym or in front of a television. What do you think people did before gyms were invented… that’s right they worked on the land and on the house. Outdoor projects can be a sneaky way to get in more exercise during the summer.

Tip #5: Find a Summer Workout Partner

Having a workout partner helps to keep both people motivated. It can be hard to lose weight all by yourself, but if you have a workout partner with similar goals, you can push each other to stay committed to the exercise routine.

Tip #6: Take a Fitness Vacation

Most people gain weight when they go on vacation because they just want to go eat, drink, party and sleep on vacation. But, I’ll challenge you to take a fitness oriented vacation.

If you go to the beach to relax, plan a 3-5 mile walk in the morning and a 3-5 mile walk in the evening before dinner (that could be an extra 600-1000 calories burned a day). Plan a hiking vacation, or a tennis vacation, or a swimming vacation. Get in the ocean or pool for 1-2 hours in the morning and 1-2 hours in the evening before dinner. Do activities you love. But make a plan to be active on everyday of your fitness vacation.

Tip #7: Consult with a Personal Trainer or Fitness
Professional

If you have motivation to exercise but you’re not sure what to do consult with a personal trainer or fitness professional to get some guidance and structure. Structure really helps us to achieve goals and a health professional can help to provide structure to your workout routine so all you’ll have to do is follow the plan.

If you’re serious about losing weight, I recommend that you also incorporate healthy eating habits. Get started today and stick with it.

Our lifestyles have changed so much in the past decade and one of the major results of this changed life style has been changed food habits. Obesity is one of the major consequences of such changed food habits. More and more people are thinking of cutting out on this flab. And that is why more and more people are thinking of having home treadmills.

The thing is that not many people have time to spend at gyms. That is why people think of having something that could help them lose weight without the need of going out of the house. That is where treadmill makes its presence felt. Home treadmills are a boon for people who want to cut flab but don’t have enough time to visit gyms. There are many other benefits of having a home treadmill.

Treadmills are surely one of the most consistent calorie burning machines that could be found on the market. When it comes to burning calories, they are better than your ab-machines, stationary bikes or rowing machines. The best thing is that you can easily keep tabs on your progress with a treadmill. There are digital readouts that tell you the distance you have walked or the calories that you have burned or the time that you have actually spent on the treadmill.

And since your treadmill is at your home, you can use it whenever you want and there would be no lines there for you to wait in. It is unlike a gym where you might have to be there at a given time and if you get delayed for one reason or another, you can’t get admission. It doesn’t matter what your height, weight or age is, if you can walk, you can use a treadmill. And since you can adjust the speed, you can use treadmills as per your convenience.

Home treadmills are surely one of the safest and perhaps the most relied on methods of exercise. And since you use your normal everyday walking motion, you don’t actually strain your joints and tendons that much as on other machines and sports. That is why treadmills are less painful.

There are several other reasons that are not concerned with your health that make it an ideal machine for exercising. You can read a magazine, or watch television or listen to music while walking on a treadmill. That is not going to distract your workout. So, you are actually making dual use of your time. You are working out and putting the same time to some other uses.

Another thing is that you don’t have to pay monthly fees to any gym. You just have to spend a few hundred dollars on a treadmill once and then you can work out for as long as you wish without spending a single buck. It is surely more economical than having to renew your gym membership every year at 400 or 500 dollars. You need to spend money once and then forget about it.

Unlike men, women have unique life reasons that can interfere with exercise. These include the birth of a child, marriage, single parenthood, a new job, divorce, overworking, job stress and returning to school. Time is a big consideration. After a day of work and childcare, most women prefer to spend their leisure time in socializing with family and friends, reading and watching television, rather than rushing to the treadmill. Although some of the above-mentioned factors are applicable to men, my experience has shown that women tend to have a harder time to manage exercise on a regular basis.

The benefits of exercise are significant, especially for women. Regular exercise lowers estrogen levels, reduces body fat, and produces a healthier body mass index (BMI). All these factors significantly reduce the risk of breast cancer. Also, women who perceive themselves as having more energy, fewer emotional problems, less pain, fewer social problems and lesser feelings of nervousness and depression are more likely to start exercising. There is a unique exercise and diet method for women that I have developed on my own, and it has helped thousands of clients get results. You can view my clients in action with exercise videos and download full color exercise routines, diet plans and ebooks by registering on my websites mentioned at the end of this article. When starting an exercise program, it is important to remember a few basic principles:

Get descriptions of exercises, with pictures.
Ideally, you want a routine you can print out, take to the gym or use at home. It should include a start and end picture of exercises, with a description of technique. Such exercise charts are available in health clubs and can be found on various websites. Always obtain a routine from a reliable source and ask questions if you don’t understand anything. Perform all exercises in a controlled manner. Never sacrifice control for speed. Breathing is also important. Never hold your breath while exercising. Remember to inhale as you lower a weight or relax and exhale as you raise a weight or exert. In an abdominal crunch, for example, you inhale when coming down and exhale while raising the head and shoulders off the mat.

Don’t do too much too soon.
Don’t do too much, and don’t do too little either. Every individual is different. This means that walking up the stairs may be easy for one individual, but strenuous for someone else. The best way to recognize how hard you’re working is to be aware of your breathing pattern, heart rate and exertion levels. Moderate-intensity activity is going to make you breathe harder than light activity, make your heart beat faster and likely make you sweat a little.

Understand the meaning of moderate.
There is a simple way to understand what’s moderate for you. Light exercise does not result in any noticeable effort. Reading the newspaper is a good example. Light exercise results in noticeable exertion and normal to slightly increased breathing. Walking a dog can be considered light exercise for many individuals. Moderate exercise is slightly vigorous. Gardening, for example, may be associated with deeper breathing to panting and sweating. Finally, hard exercise involves vigorous exertion, gasping and heavy sweating. Think of that aerobics class that’s hard to get through!

Frequency is important!
3-4 days a week of moderate exercise for 30-45 minutes each time. Researchers have found that 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity on most days of the week can reduce the risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, and colon cancer. It lessens feelings of depression and anxiety, helps build bones and muscles, keeps joints functioning well, and in older women minimizes the risk of falling.

Making the time if it isn’t there!
You don’t have to fit your exercise all into one session or limit yourself to only one exercise. For example, take a brisk 15-minute walk during your coffee break and another post-dinner. Use a bicycle for 15 to 20 minutes. It all adds up. You may find that you can reach an hour a day of moderate-intensity activity more easily than you thought.

If you have not done much exercise lately, start adding physical activity to your life with some simple tips. Park your car further from your destination and walk. Find a group of friends to walk with on weekend mornings. Garden or help in home repairs. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. Use hand weights while walking. Vacuum while watching television. Every little bit helps!

Gyms now days can cost a fortune and can be very time consuming. They can essentially rob you of both time and money. In fact they are a rather archaic form of finding a way to exercise. With the advent of the internet, one can now find exactly what they need and want to do as a form of total body workout exercise, and discover a way to accomplish their chosen workout in the privacy of their own home.

Instead of expensive equipment for your ab workout, what you need are appropriate clothing, enough space, and maybe, an exercise mat. Begin with only a few crunches. A very useful kind is the vertical crunch. Lying on your back, place your hands behind your head. Slowly, while lifting your legs up, begin bending your knees. Maintaining such position, raise your body in the direction of your knees and then lower it again slowly. You can begin with ten repetitions, increasing the count as you go along.

Jumping Jack Stints. This is surely one of the easiest approaches in burning fats quickly. Jumping rocks your entire body, thus breaking down fatty elements in all areas. A 2-minute jump using a rope delivers a burning sensation. How much more if you do it for 30-45 minutes? For beginners, you can just take it for 20 minutes. As you go along, you can increase the longevity of execution.

Jumping rope is effective since it not only provides a great aerobic workout, it also puts into play many muscle groups in your body. Your arms, shoulders, and chest are stimulated with each jump, not to mention your legs, of course. Just the basic coordination is enough to stimulate the body to burn more fat than in other workouts.

Arm exercises. This is important to improve muscle tone. For arm exercises, you can use an exercise band. Place both feet on one end of the band, hold the other ends with each hand and then repeatedly raise and lower the band (in an up and down motion for 10-15 minutes). If you have a pair of dumbbell, you can also use them to exercise your arms.

You sit on the ball then place your hands on the ball for balance or behind your head (harder). You can slowly begin rolling your hips in a circle to the right, make small circles and then larger circles, as you get comfortable. You can do 10 to 20 circles and then repeat the exercise towards the left. We call this as the ball circles.

Body weight wall squats

This is a nice at-home alternative to barbell squats at the gym. The key to getting the focus on your butt and not your legs is to squat deep. You’ll need to squat so that your upper thighs are below parallel to the ground. Anything higher than that puts most of the focus on your legs. I suggest that you work your way up to doing 4 sets of 10 each day. Spread these out through the day or do them all at once resting 60-90 seconds between each set.

Isometric butt squeezes

If you want to tighten up your butt and improve it’s shape, squeeze your butt together really hard and hold the isometric tension for as long as possible. Keep doing that with short 10 second rests between each time you do it. Do this for 5 minutes a day, everyday.

If you don’t want to spend any money at all then try stair climbing. Just walk up and down your stairs for 10-20 minutes and see how you feel afterwards, this is one of the best cardio workouts at home that you can do, it will get your blood pumping, your lungs panting, and improve your heart, best of all it’s free.

The key to a glowing skin is right there within your arm’s range. One can attain a healthy supple skin though a three-tier approach involving diet, exercise and proper cosmetics.

Here is a step-by-step guide to skin care -

1)	Water – drink two to three litres of water daily to detoxify.

2)	Have a rich diet full of vegetables, fruits. Increase the fibre content in your daily diet. Avoid excess refined sugar, sweets as it damages collagen in skin and makes it lose its elasticity.

3)	Invigorate your sluggish lifestyle. Come on, get moving!! Go to the gym or just stretch.

4)	Restrict intake of alcohol and caffeine.

5)	Keep stress at bay.

6)	Go for a daily skin care regime- i.e. cleanse, tone and moisturize.

7)	Apply a moisturizer to hydrate your skin externally. A homemade moisturizer is a mixture of cucumber, juice and buttermilk.

Go for an exfoliation once a fortnight either at a professional salon, or at home. It helps remove dead cells and revitalize the skin through blood circulation. Oatmeal combined with mashed apple is an excellent home scrub

9)	Do not forget to apply sunscreen with a SPF of minimum 15 at least 10 minutes before going out of house. If you get a suntan, relieve yourself with a mixture of curd and cucumber juice.

10)	Use cosmetics depending on your skin type. Learn about your skin type first and then try commercial products.

Skin care is not as difficult as it looks to be.

Thus, the ABC of a beautiful and radiant skin – balanced diet, hydration, cleansing and protecting it from sun and wind should be a part of your daily skin care regimen.

Some popular herbal remedies for skin care –

Water – Drink a minimum of 8-10 glasses of water daily to detoxify the body. It naturally hydrates the skin and gives that young vibrant look.

Turmeric: This is the basic grandma’s remedy – just apply fresh turmeric paste along with curd and gram flour on to your face. Your complexion clears up within a few days, as turmeric is very good for skin health.

Tea extracts: It is a natural antiseptic and is useful for skin acne.

Neem, tulsi: Drop some neem leaves into your bathtub, and you will feel the difference in your skin within a few days. If you have any external skin rash, infection, just apply a paste of neem or basil leaves to heal up, as they have excellent anti-bacterial properties, clear up pimples and acne; and keep the skin naturally invigorated.

Sandalwood paste: It soothes the skin, cools it and moisturizes it naturally.

Different skin types and their care –

1. Dry skin -

To avoid any sort of skin problem, one should drink at least eight to ten glasses of water a day to keep dry skin well hydrated. Along with it, eat a high quality healthy diet rich in fresh fruits, nuts and vegetables; get some exercise and the secret 8-hour sleep daily to get a healthy skin.

Home remedies for dry skin:

•	Do not expose yourself to sun too much, as well as to too much air conditioning.

•	Reduce how often you wash your face to maximum two times a day, and if possible use slightly tepid water.

•	Avoid caffeine and alcohol as they cause dehydration. Also do not smoke, as smoking deprives the skin of oxygen and nutrients making it dry and flaky.

•	Avoid using a commercial highly perfumed soap. Instead, use non-detergent, neutral-pH products to cleanse your skin.

•	Massage your face every night before sleeping with a good hydrating moisturizer, and be generous in the areas surrounding the eyes.

•	For cracked skin on fingers and feet, use a cream rich in vitamin E and aloe vera. Massage in well.

2. Oily skin -

Oily skin is the least vulnerable, and it ages least of all. The best thing to do is to take measures to keep the skin pores from being clogged and forming acne.

-	Follow strictly the experts’ advice – clean your face two to three times daily with a good medicated soap, one, which works well with your skin.

-	It is best to use water based non-comedogenic product that effortlessly and effectively dissolves sebum.

-	Use an oil free moisturizer to maintain a shine free complexion. It will also help if you use tepid water to clean face as it loosens the dirt easily.

-	Before applying make-up, use an antiseptic day cream which contains benzyl peroxide as it reduces sebaceous secretions.

Home remedies for oily skin –

-	Cucumber juice works great on oily skin. Before applying make-up, rub it on the excessively oily parts of your face and dry it thoroughly.

-	It is very important that you definitely remove all make up before going to bed. Gram flour mixed with curd acts as an effective cleansing milk which cleans open pores.

-	Be cautious about your diet if you have an oily skin! Go for a protein rich diet, but restricted in sugar and salt. Take plenty of leafy green vegetables and fresh fruits. Cut down on animal fat, fatty foods, alcohol and junk food.

- It is advised that you reduce consumption of iodized salt.

-	Do not miss out on the 8-10 glasses of water daily to keep the skin hydrated and to flush out toxins.

-	Exercise is also a must. Exercise works magical on any skin as it boosts circulation, encourages blood flow, and cleans the skin from within.

3. Sensitive skin –

This is a very unpredictable skin type, and one needs to be extra cautious while dealing with it. Almost anything and everything can react to it.

-	It is always advised to use the simplest and purest products- colour free, alcohol free, fragrance free and preservatives – a complete no-no.

-	If using any new cosmetic, it is very important that you patch test it on your skin three to four times initially. The best parts are small areas like behind your ear or on hands. Go for it only if there is no skin reaction.

-	Limit exposure to sun. While going out it is important to use a sun block because sensitive skin can easily get discoloured or age spots may appear. Use a sunscreen with only physical ingredients such as zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, which deflects the UV rays rather than absorb them.

-	Try to use only natural or homemade products – they are best. Fresh and natural!!

-	If you have sensitive skin, keep skin clean always. Wash your face maximum twice a day with a natural pH balanced cleanser.

-	If going to a party, use only those cosmetics, which are hypo-allergenic and non-comedogenic.

-	Always use cosmetics that do not contain many ingredients. The more the number of ingredients, the more the probability of it causing a reaction.

-	Do not forget to drink plenty of water to detox for making your skin glow.

-	Eat a well balanced diet that includes fresh fruits, green vegetables and nuts.

-	Daily exercise to get that radiant glow from inside

-	While washing face, avoid steam or very hot water. Hot baths and steams lead to broken capillaries.

Treadmills are relatively inexpensive pieces of equipment that you can purchase for your home gym. Treadmills can be small manually powered units that are easily stored. They can also be large motorized units that essentially become a permanent feature of your floor plan. Treadmills are used for home fitness, in commercial gyms, for medical tests, and for other unrelated purposes. Used correctly, treadmills can offer excellent conditioning and health benefits to those individuals who use them.

What Kind of Treadmills are There? Treadmills range from simple to complex. If you are going to purchase a treadmill for home use, then you must make certain that it suits your current physical needs and that it is expandable to meet your future needs. However, it is equally important to purchase a machine that is not going to present too much of a challenge to your or exceed what you perceive are your eventual needs. If your exercise equipment is too complex, you will be less likely to use it, preventing you from enjoying its benefits.

When you prepare to purchase your home treadmill, be certain you do your research first. Measure the floor area in which you will keep your treadmill. Don’t plan to keep your treadmill in the closet and take it out to use—you will never do it! Once you have your place selected for your treadmill, research the brands that make machines that fit that size space and have the features that you think you will use. All of these decisions are important in choosing between the many machines that are out there. Do not be attracted by all of the bells and whistle that come with today’s machines if they will only prevent you from using the machine at all.

One thing that you will need to decide is if you require your machine to have a motor or not. Motorized machines exist in a variety of complexities that offer the flexibility to suit a number of users. However, manual treadmills are easier for the average home user to maintain. Manual treadmills are also frequently less expensive than motorized treadmills. Only by comparing the advantages offered by each kind can you determine

which best suits your needs.

What are the Benefits of Treadmill Exercise? Treadmills allow people to exercise indoors, even when the weather prevents them from going outside for a walk or for a jog. If they have certain displays, they can also monitor heart rate and estimate calorie use. It is possible to use your treadmill for strength training and endurance building, as well as for weight loss. Using a treadmill, whether in a gym or at home also permits the user to go for “long” walks or jogs, even when the area in which they train is dangerous for them to do so.

Disadvantages do exist to treadmills, of course. After an extended period of use, some people can find treadmill workouts to be boring. Also, treadmills are not safe to have around small children if those children can access the machine without parental supervision. For the most part, however, purchasing a treadmill for home use can add a new dimension to your workout.

Something you need to keep in mind and never forget is that when you exercise, you are training for life. You still may spend an hour a day in the gym, although that will still leave another 23 hours or so for your muscles to function without using any fancy equipment.

Whenever you do any type of exercise, the movement of your body during the exercise is known as the range of motion. The more difficult the range of motion is, the more effective the exercise will be, because your body has to work twice as hard to perform the movement.

Take for the instance the classic dumbbell bicep curl. If you aren’t familiar with the exercise, it is performed by standing up straight with your palms facing forward, and a pair of dumbbells held down by your sides. You’ll contract your biceps to bring the dumbbells up to your shoulder height, then repeat the exercise as many times as you wish.

Using that same movement for exercise on a bicep curl machine, you should sit down, brace your upper arms on a pad, grasp 2 handles that are in front of you, then perform the same movement as above to move the handles in an upward motion.

Now, looking at the muscle contractions in this exercise, you are contracting essentially your biceps if you are using the curl machine, and that is pretty much all you are doing. When you use the machine you are sitting down, which will limit just how much your shoulders give. The machine has several muscles used in this exercise limited to the biceps, as well as
the muscles in your forearms and fingers.

Most of the time, when using machine weights, you will always be limited as to what type of exercise you can perform. You must always follow a strict procedure, which is pretty much the same with free weights. Unlike free weights, machine weights offer a certain degree of resistance.

One of the best thing about free weights is the fact that you move a little chuck around to select the weight you want to use. Instead of dragging it over to your exercise area, you simply select it on the machine. When you are tired during a workout, this can be a blessing.

A lot of people argue in the fact that free weights are the best for your body. While this is normally true, many people out there feel that machine weights are the best. There are pros and cons with both machines, although free weights have been around a lot longer and have been proven time after time to achieve dramatic results.

Body builders for example, have used free weights over the years to build very impressive bodies. If you ask most of them about machine weights, they would probably laugh at you and tell you that you need to quit joking around.

In a nutshell, free weights will use more of your muscles than the machines do, which makes them more effective overall. This doesn’t mean that the machines are a waste of use, as they offer some great advantages. In some cases, it is best to stabilize the muscles that are being used in a movement, which is where machines are the best to use.

The decision on which to use for you should be based on what you hope to achieve with lifting weights and where you plan to use the equipment, such as home or at a gym. Both systems are great for your body, although the free weights are best to use if you want the best possible workout, and always ensure that your muscles are getting the right workouts they need.

All of us need to follow an exercise program in order to remain healthy. Below, you’ll find several good reasons why you should start exercising now.

1. Contributes to fat loss

It is well proven from scientific research all over the world that physical exercise contributes to weight loss. If you burn more calories than you consume through nutrition, you’ll lose weight. When you exercise, you burn more calories than when you don’t. It’s really simple – the more you exercise, the more weight or fat you’ll lose.

2. Prevent disease

The chances of developing several various diseases have been proven to decrease when exercising. These diseases include heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and the stroke. Around 4 out of 5 deaths caused by heart disease and cancer are linked to factors that include stress and lack of exercise. We all know that diabetes increases the chance for heart attacks and strokes. What this shows, is that many of the risk factors and diseases caused by not exercising are working in conjunction to damage your health.

3. Improving disease

Many severe and minor diseases can be improved or even healed through regular exercise. These even include the diseases listed above. By following a regular plan, you can also decrease HDL cholesterol levels, decrease triglyceride levels, and decrease your blood pressure as well. Exercising on a regular basis will also reduce the risk of prostate cancer for men, breast and uterine cancer for women, and much more, all of this is scientifically proven.

4. Enhance your state of mind

Everyone knows from the many scientific studies that regular exercising will lead to an increased release of endorphins in the body. These chemicals will fight depression and make you feel happy. The body releases these endorphins only 12 minutes into the workout. There is another chemical known as serotonin that is increased during and after a workout. The increased levels of serotonin in the central nervous system are associated with feelings of well being and decreased mental depression. The chemical can also help you sleep better at night.

5. Enhance your wellness

When you are in great shape and fit, you’ll have more energy and you’ll notice that your overall mood improves. You will experience that you can stretch beyond your own limits and that you can do more than you thought possible.

6. Persistence

Exercising regularly will give you more energy, which can help you be more productive at home and at work. Exercising can help give your new goals a sense of purpose and give you something to focus on and aim for. This can help you increase your persistence and prevent you from going off track while you aim for your goal.

7. Social capabilities

A workout on a regular basis will boost your self esteem. This can help you look better and you’ll be more comfortable as well. Exercise will also help you to become more active and meet new people, which will prevent you from feeling isolated and unsupported. Exercise will also increase your interests in sex, and can help you to improve your marriage or your partner relationship.

After knowing all of these tips and reasons to exercise, you shouldn’t hesitate to start exercising. You can exercise at home or go out and join a gym. There are several different ways that you can exercise; all you have to do is select a few that you like. Take a little bit of time every day and start exercising – you’ll feel better than ever before and your body will thank you!
