		<description>Try jogging at least a mile a day, if you can.
Try jump roping several sets after you jog, if you can.
Try sit-ups everyday, if you can.
Try fiber diet (fiber-one cereal), white turkey meat which usually 98% fat free, and lots of blueberries.

		<description>never fast, it slows your metabolism and you lose much slower or not at all. I know because I seldom eat yet have gained and continue to gain. The doc says my metabolism has mostly shut down so I don&#039;t get rid of calories, or take in anything that will be good.   Old fashion exercise.
