Hi, I'm 13. xD Looks like we have something in common. Well, I run everyday, two miles. I run along the road. xD To build up after I took a break for the winter, I hate the cold. I started out with some mild exercises like maybe a game with soccer with a sibling or a parent, or play DDR or the Wii for a while before you get used to moving your feet. Then run a mile away from home running a bit, walking a bit, running a bit, walking a bit, until you get home. Then the day after increase the running a bit, the decrease the walking till you can run the whole way. It takes time and dedication, you'll be proud of what you've done after you finished it. By the way, keep safe on the roads! <_< Watch the traffic lights.
References :
I'm a track runner.
