My fitness teacher says it’s best to drink nothing but water?
He says V8 juice has lots of calories in it.
but I thought V8 Juice was healthy?

And then there’s other healthy beverages like Green Tea & in moderation Red wine.

Isn’t a combination of V8 Juice and other healthy beverages better than drinking 100% water?

Water is good but kind of boring.
If you’re thirsty, anything wet will be good!
If you’re looking for something with low calories that’s also good for hydration, I recommend G2.
They just came out with a new flavor Strawberry-Kiwi.

The thing about V8 juice is that is LOADED with sodium. Although, it’s good veggie substitue, I’d rather eat a carrot on the go, than consume all that salt. Water is what makes life. I agree 100 per cent with your fitness teacher.

Your teacher is right.
Nothing is better than water to quench your thirst.
I recommend also Iced Tea with no sugar.

Your fitness teacher is a boring idiot!!

Yes, V8 has a lot of calories, but they are good calories. They are not like the calories in soda pop and totally devoid of nutritional benefits such as vitamins and minerals.

Yes, some of the "flavorings" for water taste much better than plain water.

All liquids imbibed count toward the 164 ounces we are supposed to drink in a day. I would rather have them also count toward the vitamin and minerals we are supposed to have each day.

Fire this fitness teacher if you can.

if you drink water everyday its really good because it helps you digest better so if you were to be on the heavier side it would be really good for you.but you could drink 100% fruit smoothies v8 and all the other kinda drinks that are all natural.

There is a low sodium V8 that has 140mg of sodium (6% daily value) versus 480mg (20%) in regular V8. Your fitness teacher needs some refresher courses in nutrition I think.
