How to Lose Weight Exercising
Posted by Wilson | Posted in gym weight | Posted on 19-02-2010
Losing weight exercising is a proven way to shed those extra pounds. Here are five exercising tips.
1. Exercises at home. Being a member of a gym or having to go outside in the cold is not essential. There are so many weight loss exercise programs you can do at home. Put on your favorite music CD and dance around your front room! Or a more robust way is to purchased an aerobic DVD. There are hundreds on the market, do some research and choose one that will suit you.
2. Outdoor Exercise. Walking is a fantastic way to get great exercise and to burn off those calories. Walking will increase your fitness and speed up your heart rate, it is true, you always feel so good after a good walk.
3. Down The Gym. Your gym can provide all the exercise machines you could ever want. Cross trainers, steppers, running machines and bikes to mention some. Most gyms can be expensive, but I cannot stress more, use the instructors help and advice. Ask them how to lose weight exercising, they could put together a great exercise program for you.
4. How Long To Train. Keeping up regular weight loss exercise is a must. Work out a plan for yourself, so you find time to exercise. I would suggest three to five times a week, for around 30 to 60 minutes each time.
5. Using exercise for weight loss is a must. Having a structured weight loss program to follow is must also. But do not over do it especially if your body has not had much aerobic exercise recently. Try to let your body adjust, don’t push yourself too hard. Getting an weight loss exercise injury would not be part of your desired program!

Will I lose weight exercising just 15mins a day?
I’ve been trying to lose weight for the past few years, but since I have painful bladder disorder called IC it is hard. Since I have IC I can’t eat high acid foods like a lot of fruit and even diet foods which has aspartame that will really irritate the bladder walls. Also during a bad flare up it can keep me in bed for days or sometimes weeks.
Anyway, I just started exercising 15mins a day & I am so glad I was able to keep it up all week long! I missed yesterday day due to a dr appointment.
So will I be able to lose some of the weight I need to lose with just 15mins a day? I hope to after a week or two I can up it to 20mins.
The thing with IC though is during a flare up just bouncing can cause a whole lot of pain so I am limited to the kind of exercise I can do.
Another thing my OB/GYN did suggest I exercise so this is ok with her.
I need to lose about 50pds.
I have a similar situation with my bowels. However, I have found yoga is amazing and has helped. I started by doing 15 minutes a day for about a month. It’s been about 6 now and I can do yoga for 2 hours if i want. Check it out. There are free classes at:

Your metabolic rate doesn’t actually kick in until about 30 minutes into the workout. Drink plenty of water to flush your system out and try working out maybe twice a day. I also think Yoga is a good idea if you can’t do certain exercises.

Nice name, I really think God uses even the internet for us to encourage and lift up each other. I will definitely pray for you.
As for exercise, any slight change can help you bring up your metabolism and help you to lose weight. I understand the dietary restrictions, I would just try at all costs to avoid fried foods and cut little calories you don’t really notice. Also you may want to try some kind of gym work out class like cardio kick boxing or step. I love them all and find that almost everyone finds some class which they enjoy and makes exercising really fun! Good luck!

weight loss is all about calories in vs calories out.
you will spend more calories by exercising but not as fast – with just 15 min a day of cardio you probably will not lose more than 1/2lbs a week. if you cant exercise more then just stay more active all day long like walk around a block or park, go window shopping etc. up your cardio every week if you can till you get to 45min – which how long it should be for weight loss.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
