Weight loss is a great dream for fatty people and obese. Losing weight has become a terrible job now a days and the reasons for gaining weight and becoming obese have become manifold.
Junk foods in the disguise of fast foods have occupied the predominant place everywhere and almost every one has addicted to that ranging from youngsters to elders due to their pre-occupations.
Fat loss will help to lose weight. How to achieve this ? Lot of exercises are there, but to join a gym one has to spend lot of money and has to be regular to achieve their goal. I have seen lot of people discontinuing their gym exercises for many reasons even after paying the full charges. One has to develop a sort of motivation to continue their exercise routines in any circumstances and should not discontinue them.
I have heard that walking is the king of all exercises. One need not spend even a single cent to do this great exercise, which is free to all. Determination and motivation alone will do for walking for one’s own fitness and wellbeing.
Walking is more or less similar to swimming, jogging and cycling. Innumerable health benefits from walking can be achieved and if any one continue to do walking with determination without break he can lead a healthy life, which means a happy life.
Weight Loss is a common term and many have varied weight loss problems such face fat loss, butt fat loss, love handles, thigh fat loss, belly fat loss and so on.
All I can say is if you have the determination and steady mind set to lose weight you can achieve this without fail. In short, I would say by (1) avoiding junk foods (2) eating fat free foods the diet problem could be easily solved. Then exercise is the only left out option for which walking, the king of all exercises, will come in handy to help you without spending even a cent.
For exercises, in whatever form you are doing, at present, never give up them half way. Anyone who is not sure to follow which form of exercise is best for their body condition, walking two miles a day will come to your rescue. No need to consult a doctor to do this great exercise.
So weight loss is not a problem, if you have the determination and motivation.

weight loss?
okay, so I know almost everything there is to know about losing weight effectively. I love to give advice to people on how to lose weight. Am I in good shape? Hellz no! I am 50 lbs overweight and 21 years old in college. I know all this stuff about losing weight, yet I cannot apply to myself. Why am I not strong enough to do this? I can barely resist eating. I love food so much. Taco bell, pizza, quesadillas, hot pockets, cola, the list goes on. I am addicted to food, I eat when I’m not hungry because I crave the taste of it. I have asked for the strength to resist these temptations but to no avail. It seems hopeless that I will ever be average weight. I dont’ need weight loss advice per se…I need ways to become strong enough to resist my strongest temptations…any suggestions?
I should mention that I do get up off my butt and try to stay active, I’m not that lazy, it’s just that the amount of calories I am able to consumer is far more I can burn off at my activity level, in the shape I am in, I can’t do extremely heavy workouts, in fact running hurts my legs, any kind of weight training will deal a lot of pain, right now, I basically try to walk a lot, because it’s basicall what I can do right now without noticing bad side effects.
You need to go to therapy to find out what the underlying cause may be. it has to be more than a craving…maybe a hormone imbalance or something medically or mentally out of whack. you need to start exercising and eat fresh fruits/vegies, berries and fiber when you want to eat the junk food. occupy your time with reading, walking, hanging out with friends, etc. attend church. having God on your side always helps.

well like i say to others just eat on meal a day and try going with out dinner for one day and sit in a real hot bath for in hour and u will lose weight and try eating some furits and stuf like that and then yay!!!! for u hope it helps u
